2. Sales Territory
Sales on brume-store.com are intended exclusively for residents of Canada. Orders are delivered only to Canadian addresses.
3. Products
Our products are handcrafted suede bags and leather goods. Each piece is unique; slight variations inherent to natural materials are part of the product's identity.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen's display settings.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD $) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST depending on your province). Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout on the secure payment platform.
Brume Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied is that in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
An order is confirmed upon successful payment processing by our secure provider (Stripe), after which a confirmation email is sent. Brume Studio reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error or stock shortage.
6. Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time of order via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay / Google Pay. All transactions are secured by TLS encryption. No card data is stored on our servers.
7. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your province.
Free shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more. Applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Brume Studio cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
8. Right of Cancellation — Distance Contracts
Under applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation, you have a right to cancel distance contracts:
- Quebec: 10 days from the later of receipt of the goods or conclusion of the contract (Consumer Protection Act, R.S.Q., c. P-40.1).
- Ontario: 7 days from the later of receipt of the goods or the written agreement (Consumer Protection Act, 2002).
- Other provinces: varying cancellation periods apply under each province's consumer protection legislation.

9. Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or our error.
10. Legal Warranties
Under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and equivalent provincial legislation, goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are intended. In the event of a defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the product.
11. Applicable Law — Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province. In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (Quebec), Consumer Protection Ontario, or the relevant provincial consumer authority in your province of residence.
